SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by shipping and delivery updates via email.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
USA: 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has received the package.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE
Please note: Deliveries to flats or apartment buildings are often completed in communal areas (e.g., lobbies, mailrooms, or shared entryways) due to restricted access. Direct-to-door delivery is not guaranteed.
By placing an order to a flat or apartment address, you agree to these delivery conditions and accept full responsibility once the parcel is marked as delivered. YESCHIEF is not liable for any parcels that are lost, stolen, or unaccounted for after delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address or ensuring someone is available to receive your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is believed to be fraudulent / an abuse of a discount code.
Order Changes & In-Transit Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you no longer wish to receive your order, you may refuse delivery or request a return after it has been delivered. Any return shipping, intercept, or redirection fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will only be issued once the item has been successfully returned to us in its original condition.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us at the carrier’s discretion. Once received, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, YESCHIEF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
All risks are assumed by the courier.
